HAYS, KS — April 29, 2010 - Manatron, Inc., a global leader in providing integrated, enterprise-level records management and property tax solutions for state and local governments, announced that the Doniphan County, Kansas Register of Deeds office is now live on GRM Recorder. This installation is an upgrade from Manatron’s InfiniTec iSeries records management solution and includes Land Records, Vital Records, Redaction and eRecording.
The Doniphan County Register of Deeds has been a Manatron-–InfiniTec Division customer for 12 years and recently decided to move to the advanced technology, Microsoft .NET platform of GRM Recorder. With the combined work of both the Doniphan County staff and the Manatron Records Management team, a successful conversion from the InfiniTec iSeries solution was completed in just 60 days – from kick-off to full deployment of the new application.
"I am very excited about the move to GRM Recorder," said Susan Shuster, Doniphan Register of Deeds. "We are able to do the same functions with the new software as we were with DMS, just in a different updated format. It is a change, but it is a change for the better. The search function has more options which will be a tremendous asset. Just the overall look is such an improvement."
Shuster added, "I am very pleased with the program and with the implementation process. Everyone involved with the process has been extremely helpful and supportive from the sales team to all involved with the training. They have worked hard to meet our needs.
