First GRM Recorder Client in Wisconsin

Today Manatron announced that the Waukesha County, Wisconsin Register of Deeds office is live on GRM Recorder. Installation began in the spring of this year and with the efforts of both the Waukesha County staff and the Manatron Records Management team, a successful go-live was completed over the weekend.

Waukesha County is the first Register of Deeds office in Wisconsin to install GRM Recorder.

This installation of GRM Recorder includes Land Records, military discharges, plats, vitals, Automated Indexing (AI), and eRecording. The .NET architecture and design of Manatron’s products also made integrations into county-wide systems possible through open communication methods.
