PORTAGE, MI — January 26, 2010 - Manatron, Inc. a global leader in providing integrated, enterprise-level property tax and records management solutions for state and local governments, announced that the Carteret County, North Carolina Register of Deeds office is live on GRM Recorder. Conversion from the legacy Manatron MIRRS solution began in September of this year and with the efforts of both the Carteret County staff and the Manatron Records Management team, a successful go-live was recently completed.
Carteret County is the second Register of Deeds office in North Carolina to install GRM Recorder, with others actively engaged to move forward in the future.
This installation of GRM Recorder includes Land Records, military discharges, plats, vitals, and Public Access.
